Recognition day is the culmination of the hard work put forth by students in an academic year. It is a milestone in their lives where we gather and celebrate their success. It is a time to reap the fruits of their labour and application. The purpose of the occasion is to recognise excellence in an environment that encourages positive outcomes for all students in every sphere of learning. It paves the way for the under-achievers to strive harder, lending a healthy atmosphere of competition amongst the students to do their best.

Following the tradition, Recognition Day for pre nursery and nursery was held in Jesus’ Sacred Heart School, DX-1, South City, Ludhiana. Director of the school, Pawandeep Singh and members of the management graced the occasion. Principal Kirti Sharma addressed the gathering by sharing her thoughts on the value of perseverance and dedication, followed by the welcome dance by tiny tots.

Little munchkins exhibited their confidence and oratory skills in presentation on theme ` community helpers’. The splendid show was put up, where models were placed to depict helpers. Students were beaming with confidence and perfection. Students from Pre-nursery and nursery were felicitated for their performance in various categories such as outstanding performer, active participant and over all personality.   Students were awarded with recognition certificates by worthy Director and Principal. The students gave stupendous performance on the dancing beats of folk dance. It was a proud occasion for all the achievers and the smiling faces of the parents could narrate the success story of the program.
