JSHS CELEBRATES ANNUAL SPORTS DAY (JUNIOR)

The sprawling grounds of Jesus’ Sacred Heart School, DX-1, South City, Ludhiana resonated with the vibrant spirit of athleticism and unity as it hosted its Annual Sports Day (Junior). From the enthusiastic participation of Pre Nursery to Grade I students to the unwavering support of faculty members and parents, the event was a testament to the school’s commitment to holistic development.

The day commenced with a captivating opening ceremony, highlighted by a spirited speech from Principal Kirti Sharma, setting the stage for a day filled with excitement and sportsmanship. The meticulously orchestrated March Past showcased the precision and discipline of our young squads, drawing cheers and applause from the audience.

The sporting events unfolded with remarkable agility and grace, with students showcasing their talents in a variety of races including hula hoop soccer, balloon stomp, wagon race among others. Each event captivated the audience and highlighted the dedication and talent of our young athletes.

As the sun set on a day filled with memorable moments, medals were awarded, and new talents were recognized, reaffirming our commitment to nurturing both athletic prowess and sportsmanship. Director Pawandeep Singh underscored the deeper significance of sports, emphasizing its role in fostering bonds, fulfilling aspirations, and promoting values of camaraderie and sportsmanship among our students.
