The Investiture and felicitation ceremony of Jesus’ Sacred Heart School, DX-1, South City, Ludhiana for the academic session 2018-19 was held with dignity .The young talents of the Junior and Senior School were bestowed with the responsibility of leading their School.

It was conducted with the high degree of earnestness and passion. Investiture Ceremony signifies the reliance and confidence that the school consigns in the newly invested office bearers. The event was presided over by the Director of the School, Pawandeep Singh along with Members of the Management and Principal Ms. Kirti Sharma. The event also highlighted the ‘O’ Star of preprimary section and the ‘A’-Star achievers of senior section of last session as they were felicitated by the Director and the Principal of the school.

In accordance with the ceremonial procedure and social parlance, the shortlisted candidates had campaigned for their respective posts. The proceedings of the function commenced with lots of zeal and zest. As a culmination to the event, candle lighting was done by the previous council members for the newly elected team. An oath of commitment to the school rules and conduct marked the ending of the grand event. The students cheered their newly appointed school council (Junior and Senior) secretary (boy), school secretary (girl), sports captains, discipline in charges, house captains and vice captains and prefects.

The students council took the pledge to hold the school motto of Aspire to Achieve in high esteem. Principal Ms. Kirti Sharma urged the council members to perform their duties with utmost perfection. Director of the School congratulated them and admonished them to be impartial and honest in discharging their duties.

The vote of thanks was proposed by the school secretary (boys), who pledged to work with dignity and keep the flag of the school flying high.
