INTERHOUSE CRICKET MATCH AND SKIPPING COMPETITION HELD AT JSHS

 Jesus’ Sacred Heart School, DX-1 South city, Ludhiana organized an Inter House Cricket Match for the students of Grades VII-VIII and IX-XII  boys in the school grounds & Inter house skipping competition for girls  of Grade VII-XII. The competition was held in order to encourage sportsmanship spirit and groom the students in the sports domain.

The matches were played between the four Houses- Tilak, Tagore, Nehru and Gandhi. The final match was played between the students.

All students were decked up to prove their mettle. The enthusiastic crowd experienced a thrilling performance with the two teams exhibiting their best in the limited overs match. For Grades VII-VIII the players of Gandhi House won the match and brought laurels to their House. For Grades IX-XII the players of Tilak House won the match.

In Skipping, for grade VII Tilak House, in grades VIII-XII Nehru house was declared as a winner. It was indeed an amazing and worth watching show.

The Principal congratulated the winners and encouraged them to participate in sports activities as it helps in building skills like teamwork, leadership, patience, discipline and learning from failure.
