FOUNDATION DAY & GRADUATION DAY (9.4.19)

To commemorate the vision of our founder Late S. Gurjeet Singh Sehgal, that the Foundation  Day was celebrated and the pre primary wing of Jesus’ Sacred Heart School, DX-1, South City, Ludhiana ringed in on 9th April with the celebration of Graduation Day as well. Graduation is an exciting time. It is both an ending and a beginning. It is a warm memory of the past and a big dreams for the future.

The grand event was graced by the presence of School’s Chairperson Ms.  Amarjit Kaur, School’s Directors, Pawandeep Singh and Ramandeep Singh along with other Management Members. The celebration commenced by lamp lighting and Saraswati Vandana to evoke the blessings of Goddess Saraswati. The Principal Kirti Sharma, in her address, highlighted the vision of the school and role of parents and teachers in the students’ learning process. All the tiny tots clad in gowns were a treat to the eyes. The Graduation to Primary School is an important transition on a child`s path to life-long learning. The Pre Primary students left everybody spell bound with their mesmerizing folk dance,Vibrant music, breathtaking colours and highly coordinated movements in martial art, promptly setting the tone and mood of the atmosphere. Their energetic booming and clapping coaxed the audience to sway to its lively beats. The young vibrant budding students were given their scrolls by the Chairperson along with the Principal of the school.

It was the moment of great pride for the parents as the tiny tots crossed another benchmark and entered a new beginning of formal education. The students thanked their teachers, parents and school at large. The program rose to the final crescendo with the grand finale of Graduation ceremony with students adorned in convocation capes walking the stage with utmost confidence. Their smiling faces were welcomed by rapturous applause from the audience as they received scrolls of merit on the dias.

The audience lavishly applauded the tiny tots as they impressed everyone with their mellifluous `Thank you song`. Bhangra performance made the audience glued to their seats. The event left endless amazing moments for the parents to cheer.
