Annual function celebrated with fervor in JSHS (18.11.18)

The annual function on the theme `soulful-untold emotions of a child` was celebrated with great zest, vibrancy and elation in Jesus’ Sacred Heart School, South City, Ludhiana. The chief guest, Ms. Amarjit Kaur lighted the ceremonial lamp along with Directors of the school, S.Pawandeep Singh and S.Ramandeep Singh along with members of the management and Principal of the school. This entailed the bouquet presentation. The Principal Ms. Kirti Sharma welcomed the guests and shared the School’s Annual report of the past session. This was followed by the Prize Distribution Ceremony, where the Hon’ble Chief Guest gave away prizes to the academically meritorious pupils of the school.

It is truly believed that emotions of children get healed when they are heard and validated. Keeping this maxim in mind, the cultural program was designed on this theme which commenced with a scintillating Stuti Nritya showcasing an auspicious aura of Lord Shiva followed by welcome dance. Fashion show depicting illusions of mind stole the show. The Rising Stars of JSHS displayed their dare devil performance in their sports act with ecstatic energy doing arial acts without fear or doubt. Dance `Navras` encompassing nine emotions of a human being made the spectators spell bound. The finale with `Panjabi tadka` was an energetic performance which glued the audience to their seats.

The Chairperson of the school, Ms. Amarjit Kaur was superlative in her appreciation for the students, teachers and management for the presentation of classic program. Director of the school, Pawandeep Singh, in his speech urged parents to encourage and praise their children for their good work and achievements which will help them to become exemplary. The program culminated with National Anthem.
