A GALA CELEBRATION ON TEACHER’S DAY HELD AT JSHS

A teacher affects eternity; he can never tell where his influence stops.

To honour all the teachers who had been instrumental in shaping their lives, a grand party was hosted by management of Jesus’ Sacred Heart School, DX-1, South City, Ludhiana at a hotel on Ferozpur road, Ludhiana wherein Principal of the school, Ms. Kirti Sharma briefed the teachers in playing a multifaceted role of a potter, a candle and a ladder in the life of a student.

Teacher turned models exhibit their talent by presenting themselves in a theme based ramp walk. The costume, gaiety and catwalk were at its level best.

Director of the School, Mr. Pawandeep Singh addressed the gathering. He depicted the efforts put in by the teachers in bringing the glory and popularity of school. The celebration came to an end with sumptuous meal and everlasting memories stored in the hearts of all the teachers. At school, students participated with full zeal and enthusiasm to shower love and gratitude in an event “Talent Hunt” organized for grade I-III wherein they showcased their inner talent by doing dance, singing songs doing mimicry and standup comedy. In grade Iv-X Pretzel cookery competition was organized along with class party. The home made lavish food was served and shared among students in the classes. The students left no stone unturned to make teachers feel special.
